Our services are intended exclusively for women aged 18 and above residing in Delhi & NCR. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. Membership & Payments
Membership fees are charged on a one-time basis as described on our Membership page. All payments are processed securely. Memberships are non-transferable. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if no introductions or events have been accessed.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not misrepresent your identity, harass other members, share another member's personal information without consent, or use the platform for commercial solicitation.

6. Intellectual Property
The Delhi Connect name, logo, and all related content are the intellectual property of Delhi Connect. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Delhi Connect provides an introduction and networking service. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including romantic relationships or professional partnerships. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delhi Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
